How long does my order take to ship?

I try to get orders shipped within two days of receiving them. That said, shipping times may vary during peak periods. Please contact me if you have concerns or questions.

Do you offer international shipping? 

I am happy to ship internationally but cost will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me to discuss.

What is your return policy? 

If an item arrives damaged, please document the damage to the item and the state of the packaging. Items damaged in transit will be reimbursed.

Each Fernwood Manor piece is unique and replacements cannot be made but exchanges may be possible, depending on circumstances.
